  • RATES: $2,295-$5500 … depends on rooms being used, party size, day of the week rented, and seasonal demand. Call to schedule site visit and determine quote for your event. 360-699-7150

  • Linens / Chair covers - not provided but we can recommend rental companies.

  • Security Company - is required for any event where alcohol is being served.

  • Events serving alcohol will require a licensed bartender.

  • Insurance - Event Insurance for the day. (your auto insurance agent can assist you or ask us for other ins. companies)

    • Cleaning Fee - included in the rental fee.

    • Tables and Chairs - included in the rental fee

    • Kitchen - included in the rental fee

    • Sound system - included in rental fee. If larger system is preferred, that will be at guest cost.

  • 25% Down Deposit to reserve space. Payment options are available (discount is given when booked day of site visit.)
